Acceptance of terms
By using this website or working with Impactable Referrals, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
Our services
We provide digital marketing, content, automation and CRM services. The scope, deliverables and fees for your project are set out in the plan or proposal you accept. Descriptions on this website are general and may change.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and the materials we need, on time
- Review and approve work promptly
- Make sure content you supply does not infringe anyone else's rights
- Pay advertising platform costs, which are separate from our fees
Fees and payment
Fees are stated in your plan or proposal. Ongoing services are billed as agreed in writing, and you are responsible for any applicable taxes. Late payments may pause services until the account is current.
No guarantee of results
Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, budget and third-party platforms. We work to deliver strong results, but we do not guarantee specific leads, sales, rankings or revenue.
Ownership of work
Once you have paid in full, you own the final deliverables we create specifically for you. We keep ownership of our tools, templates, processes and general know-how. You give us permission to use the materials you provide to deliver our services.
Third-party platforms
Our work relies on third-party tools such as ad networks, social platforms and our CRM provider. We are not responsible for changes, outages or policy decisions made by those providers.
Confidentiality
We will treat non-public business information you share with us as confidential and use it only to provide our services.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Impactable Referrals is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
Cancellation
Either party may end ongoing services with written notice as described in your proposal. Fees for work already performed remain payable. See our Refund Policy for details.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
